How do you know if you've found the right information, or if you have enough information?
| Examine your sources | Are there other kinds of sources that might contain information on your topic? |
| Re-evaluate your topic | Do you need to broaden, narrow, or re-focus your topic? Are there gaps in your information or new ideas that need further exploration? |
| Consult an expert | Are there important resources you may have overlooked? Your professor or a librarian may be a good resource! |
| Amount of Information | Are you still finding new information or do new sources repeat what you've already learned? Is it time to stop researching and start writing? |
